We operate across CIS countries, excluding the Russian Federation.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

To make a booking, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the authority to make the booking
• Accept these terms and conditions

3.2 Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from TravelPoint Azerbaijan via email. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.

3.3 Payment

Payment terms will be specified in your booking confirmation. Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods as indicated during the booking process.

4. Pricing

All prices are quoted in the currency specified and are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed. Prices include services as described but may exclude:

• Personal expenses
• Travel insurance
• Meals not specified in the package
• Optional activities and excursions
• Visa fees and travel documents

5. Cancellation and Refunds

5.1 Cancellation by Client

Cancellation policies vary depending on the service provider (hotel, tour operator, etc.). Specific cancellation terms will be provided in your booking confirmation. Generally:

• Cancellations made 30+ days before travel: May receive partial refund
• Cancellations made 15-29 days before travel: Subject to cancellation fees
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before travel: May forfeit all payments

5.2 Cancellation by TravelPoint Azerbaijan

We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer alternative arrangements or a full refund.

6. Changes to Bookings

Requests for changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate change requests.

7. Travel Documentation

You are responsible for ensuring you have:

• Valid passport (with at least 6 months validity)
• Appropriate visas for your destination
• Required vaccinations and health certificates
• Travel insurance (highly recommended)

8. Liability and Responsibilities

8.1 Our Liability

TravelPoint Azerbaijan acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers. While we carefully select our partners, we are not liable for:

• Acts or omissions of third-party service providers
• Delays, changes, or cancellations by airlines, hotels, or other providers
• Personal injury, illness, or loss of property
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.)

8.2 Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Arriving on time for transfers and tours
• Following local laws and customs
• Behavior that does not endanger themselves or others
• Any damage caused to property or services

9. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, lost luggage, and personal liability.

10. Health and Safety

Clients should:

• Consult healthcare providers about travel health requirements
• Disclose any medical conditions that may affect travel
• Follow safety guidelines provided by tour guides and service providers

11. Complaints and Disputes

12. Intellectual Property
